Purchase & refund policy

We have a 30-days open purchase policy on all extensions purchased through our website.

This means that within 30 days of your purchase you can request a full refund if you are not satisfied with our extension, or if you simply ended up not needing it.

To claim a refund please contact our support team. We will of course help you with any problems you might have before initiating a refund (support is completely free of charge).

Refunds can be performed up to 60 days after your purchase. However, after the first 30 days there must be technical problems as ground for your refund request. For example compatibility issues with your installation or another extension.

In order for the open purchase policy to be extended to 60 days, technical difficulties should be reported within the first 30 days of your purchase.

For supplementary return and complaint information please refer to your own country's applicable laws.

Installation and consultancy services are not refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance with the client.
